Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer

Michelle is responsible for establishing and executing the strategic objectives of the firm. In addition to overseeing operations and compliance, Michelle is also a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to Ohana, Michelle worked in the Capital Restructuring Group of Wells Fargo Nikko Investment Advisors. Michelle is fluent in Spanish, received a B.S. in Finance from Sonoma State University and is a Certified Financial Planner®.

Georgina Miranda

Georgina is the Founder of Altitude Seven, an adventure lifestyle media platform that helps a global community of women adventurers and travelers discover the best outdoor and adventure travel products, experiences, stories, and inspiration all in one place. She is a purpose driven entrepreneur, adventurer, speaker, and consultant. She has scaled the highest peak on 6 of the 7 continents and aiming to complete the Explorer Grand Slam in 2017. Rani Radhakrishnan

Partner at PwC - Digital Health

Rani is a Partner with PwC's Health Industries Advisory practice based out of San Francisco. She has 18+ years of experience in consumer digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries from strategy through execution. Her work includes strategic envisioning to implementation, process improvements to achieve operational efficiencies and Program Management. Rani holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from India.

Lisa Sperling

Controller, Retail and Fleet Variable Marketing at Ford Motor Company

Lisa has held a series of finance and management positions across the Company – including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Development, Corporate Staffs, and Ford Credit. Sperling is Co-Chair of the Ford Women in Finance Employee Resource group and has been extremely active in influencing Ford’s finance culture with respect to work-life balance. Sperling continues to be a pioneer in the area of advocating for women’s development and networking. She initiated programs for employees interested in part time programs and also founded Women in Product Development Finance. Sperling holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Michigan. She is married with two children and lives in West Bloomfield, Mich.
