Sharon McCollam, promoted to her current position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2003, is responsible for overseeing the Company’s finance, accounting, treasury, investor relations, information technology, and corporate procurement functions. Ms. McCollam joined the Company in March 2000 as the Vice President of Finance and was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in October 2001.

The recipient of a number of honors, Ms. McCollam has been ranked #2 in Institutional Investor magazine’s Top CFOs in Retailing/Hardlines list in 2005 and 2004. She was also acknowledged as one of the Bay Area’s 100 Most Influential Women in Business in 2003, 2004 and 2005 by the San Francisco Business Times, and was given the American Women’s Society of Certified Public Accountants’ 2004 Achievement Award for her contributions to the Bay Area.

Prior to joining Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Ms. McCollam most recently served as a divisional Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dole Food Company, Inc. Ms. McCollam began her career in public accounting with Ernst and Young, and subsequently held Controller, International Controller and Chief Financial Officer positions in divisions of two Fortune 500 companies. She holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and is a certified public accountant.

Named a 2005 ‘Wonder Woman’ by Multichannel News, Deborah Blackwell is Executive Vice President and General Manager of SOAPnet. In this role, Deborah Blackwell is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations for Disney ABC Cable Networks Group’s rapidly growing 24-hour soap opera channel. She joined Disney ABC Cable Networks Group, a division of The Walt Disney Company, in June 2001.

She brings to her current post a wealth of experience in television, notably as head of the television movie and miniseries packaging department at the William Morris Agency from 1993-99. In this capacity, she led creative and business negotiations with every major TV network, studio and supplier and with top celebrity clients including Whoopi Goldberg, Richard Dreyfuss, Danny Glover, Alec Baldwin and Drew Barrymore.

Ms. Blackwell became an agent after rising from director of Development to senior vice president at Hearst Entertainment. Prior to joining SOAPnet, she served as president of Idealab’s MyHome.com, an internet start-up.

She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Brown University and resides in Los Angeles.
