Mr. Goodson has participated in over 500 corporate assignments over the course of his 25+ year career in finance. Among his many accomplishments, is his role in founding the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Kidder, Peabody, as well as serving as co-head of the investment banking department and spearheading that firm's entrance into merchant banking. He then helped negotiate the sale of Kidder to GE. Mr. Goodson was a partner at Clayton & Dubilier, a private equity firm that purchased and managed large industrial companies. Over its 13 year history, the firm's investment record produced a compound annual return greater than 50%. Mr. Goodson currently devotes his efforts to philanthropic causes while also teaching at the Haas School of Business. |

Ms. Crooks graduated with a BS degree from the UC Berkeley School of Business in 1980. She worked as a financial intern with the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) while in college and accepted a full time position with the OCC upon graduation. She left the Multinational Division of the OCC in 1993 to join Bank of America's Credit Review Department. At B of A, Ms. Crooks established a new unit within Credit Review which was focused on the bank's growing capital markets and investment banking activities. In 2000, Ms. Crooks joined Union Bank of California's Independent Risk Monitoring Group and was named head of the Credit Review Department within IRMG in 2001. |

After 3 years in IS, she moved into Finance to support the Domestic Marketing organization. Judy joined McKesson to lead program management within McKesson's Pharmaceutical Marketing, with responsibility for developing programs that create value for McKesson and its customers. She spent more than 10 years at Visa, where she oversaw product development and marketing for new programs. She holds a BA from Xavier University and a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of International Management. |

In addition to competing, she holds clinics for adventure racing and off-road triathlons.
