On March 5th, 2005 the 9th Annual Women in Leadership Conference at the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business will celebrate the choices women have made – at home, in the workplace and around the world – and explore the choices available to us now and in the future.
Through panel dscussions, networking opportunities and professional development workshops, the event promotes the wide variety of career options, professional networks and lifestyle choices available to women today.

Barbara Desoer,
Chief Technology, Service & Fulfillment Executive at Bank of America and one of US Banker’s “25 Most Powerful Women in Banking.”
The WIL conference inspires and guides women to excel professionally
and personally by making choices that satisfy their individual
goals and reflect their unique styles. The annual Women in Leadership Conference is the longest running student-organized conference at the Haas School of Business, attracting over 400 participants, including current students, alumni and professionals from the greater Bay Area and around the world. Previous keynote speakers have included Linda Dillman, Executive Vice President and CIO of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.; Sharon Patrick, CEO of Martha Stewart Omnimedia and Anita Roddick, Founder and CEO of The Body Shop.
