Jenny Ming, is President of Old Navy, a division
of Gap Inc., a leading international specialty retailer
offering clothing, accessories and personal care products

As part of the executive team that introduced Old
Navy in 1994, Ming helped Old Navy to make history

Ming joined Gap Inc. in 1986 as Merchandise Manager
of Gap brand activewear. Since that time, she has
held the positions of Vice President and Divisional
Merchandise Manager for Gap brand activewear and Senior
Vice President of Merchandising for Old Navy responsible
for production, planning, and distribution.
In 1996, she was promoted to Executive Vice President
of Merchandising for Old Navy, responsible for merchandising,
planning and distribution, production and visual and
store design processes for all Old Navy stores. She
assumed her present position in March of 1999. As
President of Old Navy, Ming also is a member of Gap
Inc.s Executive Leadership Team.
In 1998, Ming was featured on the cover of Working
Woman magazine. In 2000, She was named by Business
Week magazine as one of the nations Top 25 Managers.
Ming has been on the Board of Epiphany since 2001
and sits on the nonprofit Board of Big Brothers Big
Sisters of San Francisco and the Peninsula. She also
serves as a Board member of Committee of 100.
Ming graduated from San Jose State University with
a Bachelor of Arts degree in clothing merchandising
and a minor in marketing. Ming lives in the Bay Area
with her husband and three teenagers.

Dillman
Executive Vice President
and Chief Information Officer
Wal-Mart
Stores, Inc.
Linda Dillman was named executive
vice president and chief information officer (CIO)
of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in 2003. Prior to this promotion,
she served as senior vice president and CIO of Wal-Mart
Stores, Inc.
A 12-year veteran of Wal-Mart, Dillman
joined Wal-Mart through the acquisition of The Wholesale
Club in Indianapolis, Ind. At Wal-Mart, Dillman has
served in several key information services management
positions including applications development manager
for SAMS CLUB, application development manager
for Wal-Mart store systems, and was promoted to director
of applications development in 1997. In 1998, Dillman
was named vice president of applications development
where she led the system conversion for Wal-Marts
acquisition of ASDA in the United Kingdom. Prior to
her position as senior vice president and CIO, Dillman
served as vice president of international systems.
Dillman has been instrumental in
helping Wal-Mart to develop one of the most sophisticated
information services network in the world. In addition
to her role in the ASDA conversion, Dillmans
most noted accomplishments were the implementation
of the perpetual inventory and store Telxon systems
at Wal-Mart. Prior to Wal-Mart, Dillman worked for
Hewlett-Packard for five years.
In addition to memberships in professional
and retail organizations, Dillman serves as a board
member of the Uniform Code Council and the Northwest
Arkansas Community College.
Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. operates more than 2,909 discount
stores, Supercenters and Neighborhood Markets, and
more than 528 SAM'S CLUBS in the United States. Internationally,
the company operates about 1,301 units.
