At the 8th Annual Women in Leadership Conference at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley on November 8th, 2003, we will explore how each one of us defines success as it pertains to our own professional and personal lives.

The WIL conference inspires and guides women to excel professionally and personally by making choices that satisfy their individual goals and reflect their unique styles.

The annual WIL conference is the longest running student run conference at Haas, attracting over 400 participants including current MBA students, Haas undergraduates, alumni and career women from the greater Bay Area. The conference seeks to promote the wide variety of career options and lifestyle choices available to women today through panel discussions, a networking lunch, and professional skill development workshops. The conference will connect Bay Area women with the critical resources to take action in today's business environment.
