As Executive Vice President, Pat has responsibility for managing the strategic alliance and marketing communications efforts of Siebel Systems. A cornerstone of the Siebel Systems' strategy from its inception has been one of actively partnering with other technology and service organizations to provide highly integrated and pre-optimized Siebel eBusiness solutions, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction across the Siebel customer base. Pat manages marketing communications globally at Siebel Systems, and is responsible for corporate positioning, brand management and all promotional and marketing communications programs. (more...)

Lichtman vividly recalls that she went to law school because "being a lawyer meant having a license to be an activist." After receiving her law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1965, Lichtman worked at the Urban Coalition, at the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, and as legal advisor to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. In 1974, Lichtman became the executive director and first paid staff person for the Women's Legal Defense Fund (WLDF), which became the National Partnership for Women & Families in February 1998. (more...)
